D'you think Steve may be hiding there?  Probably not but I wouldn't mind finding something of his.  Perhaps his jug and bowl or maybe an odd jumper or two.   ;D   >48<

Or maybe his 'gypsy scarf'  ::)  altho it wod be a bit 'moth bitten' by now ;D   I'm sure some of the follyfillies wod like that particular momento  ;)

I genuinely think if the place had a big clear out, we wod find some really odd interesting things connected with Follyfoot- because in some ways the farm is like a time capsule that has been left to age without too much disturbance  ::)

Should we volounteer? Who has rights over it at the moment other than the Harewood Estate? I'm presuming because of the stray sheep that it is actually part of one the farm lettings???

I think the estate owns the land bt I believe allows a farmer some kind of lease hold on the site which includes the farm buildings as storage space etc.

I think it might be worth looking into this and see if we could be allowed to have a scout around and a nosey-bt remember the buildings are a 'ticking time bomb'- and could collapse! ::)  I know on another topic it was suggested to invite 'Time Team' do an archaeological dig here.

Here's the patio and pond at the back of the house, which is much nicer looking and was originally the front.

I noticed that the little jettys have been 'done up/made safer' since I went last year.

I have just enjoyed looking at this thread having been away for a couple of weeks. What a great time you follyfans had and good weather, company and places to visit. I really must try harder next year for the 40th birthday celebration visit. :)

The photos have revealed some of the 'shyer' members which is fantastic to see.
