I've also sent a second nomination for Stockeld park's white gates and pillared entrance. As that's where I first set eyes on Dora

I nominated Hollin Hall under "Music and Literature". After all, it was the location of the Lightning Tree, arguably the best TV theme song of all time, and even if 'Cobbler's Dream' predated the TV series, the subsequent books by Monica Dickens were presumably influenced by the farm's location and appearance. Monica Dickens was heavily involved with the series and of course was the great-granddaughter of one of the greatest English novelists.
