Examples:
Coldplay / Dawn / Christie (T)
The answer is “Yellow” – all three artists have had songs with “Yellow” in the title – “Yellow” by Coldplay, “Tie a Yellow Ribbon” by Dawn and “Yellow River” by Christie.
Hollies / Chi-Lites / Frankie Valli (L)
All have had songs referring to a boy carrying a girl’s books or satchel to school for her - the songs are “Jennifer Eccles” by the Hollies, “Homely Girl” by the Chi-Lites and “My Eyes Adored You” by Frankie Valli.
Wings / Shirley Bassey / Sheena Easton (X)
All sang James Bond themes: “Live and Let Die” by Wings, “Diamonds are Forever” by Shirley Bassey and “For your eyes only” by Sheena Easton.
