Don't worry I'm fine.
« on: August 05, 2018, 07:59:29 PM »
I joined the forum in 2013 and there were lots of members on the forum every day. I've met several really nice people on a meet up in 2014 in Yorkshire. The reason I've started this thread is to ask some of our regular members who were on here often and have now stopped posting to let us know that you're all OK.
If you're busy now that's fine but just a bit worried my friends are OK.  :)

Hi Tony,  >11<

Not been on much this summer as we've been busy moving house and had a hectic few months . We've moved into a
bungalow as Joyce's arthritis is really bad and she can't climb the stairs anymore.  Also been visiting Joyce's sister regularly in Loughborough who's been very ill.
Unfortunately Joyce's sister passed away and also one of her brothers.
We've come to our caravan in Norfolk  for a couple of weeks to have a rest, I lost a stone and a half during the move there was so much to do but we're both fine in ourselves. Will post some photo's.
Hope everyone else on the forum is o.k.  >41<

Hello!

Life is hectic for me, very very draining; unfortunately health and family issues and no sign of them easing!
I'm still here though!  :)

Good to hear from you Pete >41< Sorry to hear about Joyce's sister and brother and Joyce's health.
I hope you both settle in your new bungalow and you put your weight back on.
You'll have to ask Joyce to do you a nice scampi and chips, I seem to remember from the 2014 meet up that was a favorite of yours.
Take care Pete and I'll be looking forward to seeing your photos.  :)

Thanks Tony, yes I'm on scampi and chips,, chicken and chips, anything with chips and red wine, my favourite, starting to put on a bit of weight and feeling more relaxed too. Probably the red wine  >9<   >382<

Hope your health and family issues improve FFF . Life can be very draining.

Hello Tony I am fine as well, I am working for myself now since my governor died at the end of 2016, so not been posting much, I am still riding motorbikes, I even bought my old governor's motorbike off the family, a BMW K1200RS it's a bit of a monster, a lot quicker than my Yamaha XJ600 which I still have but being as the Beemer is so heavy it means it not too larey when you twist the throttle, I am looking at doing another course in Dewsbury soon so I will have another walk to Holing Hall providing the weather is OK.

Hi Motormouse  >41< Good to hear you're ok. I hope business is going well for you. I've always liked the beemers but just never bought one, not sure why. I've still got the CBF although I haven't been far on it recently. I haven't been to Hollin hall for 3 years now and it'll be interesting to hear whether anything has changed up there if you do go there when you go to Dewsbury.  :)
