Veronica Quilligan appeared briefly as Mrs Mullen in the excellent film 'The lonely Passion of Judith Hearne' (starring Bob Hoskins and Maggie Smith).

These were taken from the classic thriller film 'Angel' where VQ convincingly plays a deaf and dum girl who only has eyes for a particular man (Stephen Rea) who plays a saxophone in a dance/jaz band. But it all soon ends in tragedy.
