Fascinating post, Moggy. The summer of 74 brings back many happy memories for me.  :)

Here are the "souvenirs":

First the pen stand made from a fragment of the Lightning Tree and the wedge from Copper's (?) stable:

And this is the wallpaper from the colonel's study:

I suppose we could even offer genuine Follyfoot wallpaper for forum members to use as their computer "wallpaper" :)

I just wish I could find the slides. They've been missing for some years now. I'm even wondering whether I lent them to someone and never got them back. Running out of places to look.  :(  :(   >47<

Moggy, I've had an idea.  Water your lightning tree branch (probably 2 or 3 buckets) then put your hands on it, close your eyes and wish... it usually worked for Dora.  Give it a go and those slides will miraculously appear!   ;D

Loved the photos of your "Treasures" Moggy and I agree with Loopy. Maybe some of that Lightning Tree Magic will help you find the slides. :)

This is a good idea ... I'll get the Sou'wester first and retreat to a safe place in the garden ...

Moggy, I was just wondering (with the surname of the person who wrote it being Fitzgerald-Morris) are you the author of The Newcomer on the fanfiction site?   >48<  Well done, if you are, it's a fantastic read.  :)
