The Big Bald Bespectacled Bloke of Thornhill calling

Hello Everyone,

 Well i finally did it! One of my New Years Resolutions being to join the Follyfoot Forum.
 Who am I >18<
 I was the chap who looked like Magnum PI's grandad at last summer's Follyfoot Forum visit to what was Thornhill Colliery, (Now Kirklees Council Building Services Depot}, near Dewsbury, a major location for the Follyfoot series 2 episode 5, " The Innocents".
 It's been an interesting few months since the visit. I no longer work at the former Thornhill Colliery site but some of my work colleagues still do. That will all change at the end of March though  :(

 I will be loitering with intent here and hope to meet up for the next Follyfoot gathering.

Hello Rick. Welcome to the forum. Your a valued member here.  Unfortunately I couldn,t make the visit but read all about it. The ponies in the innocents actually came from a pit in my home town of Castleford. It was just down the road  from where I kept my own ponies. >77< >77< >77<  Look forward to hearing from you on the forum, you,ll love it here. >33<

Hello Everyone,

 So sorry for not replying earlier but my mum had to be rushed into hospital last Tuesday.
All being well she'll be back home tomorrow, (Monday 19th), so I'll give a full response as to what, why and wherefore am I then.
