You'll need a calculator for this one.

Take your age
Multiply it by 2
Add 5
Multiply it by 50
Subtract 365
Add the number of pairs of shoes you own(A note here for the ladies, a maximum of 99 pairs allowed)
Add 115

The first two digits will be your age, the last two the number of pairs of shoes you own.

It works. But I must admit I only took a guess at how many pairs of shoes I own.

I have one pair of proper, posh, black shoes, usually reserved for funerals etc....

Loads of walking trainers, boots and soft shoes.  No places I go to have a posh shoe dress code

Me too. I'm afraid to count!  The local charities and the rubbish bin got quite a few pairs in our recent move though
