Hello everyone - Barney Here!

Ok, so it's now late Spring, and no mention of the new book - Follyfoot Remembered - Just what is going on?

Well I am glad you asked!!

On Wednesday this week, Jane Royston and I received back from the publishers some of the first draft - the layout and design is complete, and we now have to proof read it - make any amendments, and then return. Jane and I had no idea that the whole process would take so long, but we are both totally committed to the book.

Rather than mislead you all with any idea of future publication date, because you have all been so patient, we will let you the know the date, once we have 100% confirmation from the printers and distributors. What I can guarantee you though, is that the book is DEFINITELY being published.

I hope the book will be available online for us outside UK too...

It is worth waiting for, Barney. No point in rushing the job and letting errors through the net. Thanks go to you and Jane for all the hard work so far.

Great news, Barney! Good to know it's still going ahead and is in the final stages of pre-production. A summer treat then! At least it will be on the shelves by the time Follyfoot turns 40
