What happened to the lightning tree?

I suppose there is a thread somewhere about this and if so sorry for bringing it up again. but does anyone know what happened to the lightening tree.? surely that didn't end up on ebay. >49<
Tomorrow's almost over, Today went by so fast, The only thing to look forward to is the past

 :D Don't think it did Flynn, but who knows!  >104< We thought we'd found it on one of our members meet ups at the farm and Jane Royston tried to find out later for definite but she didn't have any luck. So I guess we'll never know.

Thank you Jane.A very interesting read, so its still a mystery.I guess we all need to go to that pub you mentioned to discuss it. :)

When I visited after filming had finished and the farm was once again derelict the tree was still standing. This would be about either August 73 or 74. I still have bark from it.
Will you come back.?
