Yes Rob, the stile is still in the fence so you can quite easily get over to see the lake, it is probably for the fishermen to get to the small lake, I think both lakes are fished by a members only club, I have tried to look them up on the net but it seem that they don’t do day tickets, not that I fish, but if they did you could have driven to the lake by car and parked as they would not expect you to hump all your fishing gear the half mile by foot, shame some of our less able members who could not have walked there could have bought a day ticket and got there by car.

Good to see the FF lake again!
I love all the scenes which were filmed there.
Many nice greetings, folly3.

Thanks Loopy, I really enjoyed my visit for the little time that I was there, you can see the trees in the back ground have hardly changed at all.

Amazing isn't it - they do look exactly the same.  :)

Yes I have to agree Folly 3, it has not changed all that much, the screen shot where Dora is lunging I think that's the word, sorry if I have that wrong I am not very up with horse terminology, I think the shot is early spring and of course in my photos the trees are in full leaf, which does makes them look slightly diffrent but all the trees seem to still be there and not cut down, I must admit it was great to actually see where it was all filmed, the problem is when you watch an episode and you recognise it you say to your self, been there, sad isn't it.
