Follyfoot Crossword
« on: January 08, 2012, 03:52:36 PM »
I've knocked up a free-form Follyfoot  crossword for you to try. Partly cryptic, partly not, but not at all difficult.

You can download the PDF here

http://www.nebulous.org.uk/xwords/ff/ff1.pdf

Or, play it interactively here (this will tell you when you have the correct solution).

http://www.nebulous.org.uk/xwords/ff/ff1.htm

For the interactive puzzle to work you require the Java virtual machine  on your PC.
You can get Java free here (it's perfectly safe) :  http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp

Gentlemen, we have the technology......................    ;D

Well, I have the software anyway.......  and can make more if anyone wants them. Getting the questions and clues is the hard bit. If anyone can supply ideas, please PM them to me.

It's difficult! Am i being slow, should it show immediately if you type in a wrong word even if it fits in?

OK - perhaps it's only easy if you made up the clues..................    :D

I have added a check button that highlights incorrect letters, that should help.

I've written the answers down but I can't tell you all as that will spoil it.   >48<
