It's rather like Follyfoot then - arguing, fighting, police and ending in tears!!!  :(

The barn doesn't look that bad, or is it more the roof that is in bad shape?

Anne

There was a beam holding the roof up that looked distinctly dodgy when we were there.  >48<

The props people made it all look much better than it does in real life maybe?

Thanks hollinhare )

Thats right Anne, the main problem is the safety of the roof and some susidence. Some of the mortar is wearing away too.

I'm amazed they managed to film in there . maybe the brick pillars inside are helping. Strange because the inside of the barn looks like a studio film set rather than an actual barn space.

A big thanks from me too. It was great to see the Follyfoot location back on Yorkshire TV. I'm really surprised they used the place judging by the state it was in when I was there. It looks like the place has been extensively cleaned up since my visit earlier this year. If further filming was to take place there at least it would help to preserve what is otherwise a deteriorating building.

Thanks for the screencaps!

I must admit that when watching those scenes I was half expecting Ron or Slugger to rush in asking what on earth was going on!

 :)

For me it doesn't spoil the Follyfoot associations!
